This Privacy Policy explains how Listing Falcon ("Listing Falcon," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our web application for creating real estate marketing content. By using the service, you agree to the practices described here.

The short version: We collect the account info you give us, the listing photos and details you upload, and basic usage data needed to run the app. We use trusted third-party providers to host data, generate content, send transactional email, and process payments, and we use privacy-friendly analytics and advertising-measurement tools (including the Meta Pixel) to understand usage and measure our marketing. We don't sell your personal information. You can access or delete your data by contacting us.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the service: with the service providers listed below, when you choose to make an asset public, to comply with the law or valid legal requests, to protect our rights and users' safety, and in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition) subject to this policy.

5. Public share pages

When you choose to make an asset public or share a link to it, the asset and associated listing details you included become viewable by anyone with the link. Do not include information in a public asset that you do not want to be publicly visible. You can make assets private or delete them from your library.

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and operate core features (for example, saving in-progress work and resuming after sign-in or upgrade). These are essential to the functioning of the app.

We also use a limited set of analytics and advertising-measurement tools. Our product analytics tool is cookieless. The Meta Pixel, which we use to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, does set a third-party cookie (such as _fbp) and shares page-view and conversion events with Meta Platforms. You can limit this tracking through your browser settings, your Meta ad preferences, or industry opt-out tools, and through any cookie controls we may offer.

We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete an asset, we remove it from your library and storage. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it (for example, for tax, accounting, or legal purposes).

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including row-level access controls so that you can only access your own data, encrypted connections, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can review and update your profile information in the app, delete assets from your library, and request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. We will honor valid requests as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

10. Children's privacy

Listing Falcon is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International users

We operate in the United States, and our service providers may process and store information in the United States and other countries. By using the service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may have different data-protection laws than your own.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
